With hearts full of grief and sorrow, we share our brothers in Taiwan their heart-breaking affliction after a train had derailed and thrust into a tunnel causing a humanitarian catastrophe that led to the death of more than forty citizens and the wounding of dozens …

Rescue teams are still attempting to get the stuck people out of the train.

Our hearts, we, Syrians, are with our brothers in humanity, the great Taiwanese people, and with the respected members of the foundation.

The least we can offer for the generous and gracious people of Taiwan is praying for relieving their distress and quick recovery for the wounded.
