Emergency Response for Earthquake Victims
We were deeply saddened by the earthquake that occurred in Turkey in February, because we are one family. For this reason, Tzu Chi İyilik Vakfı immediately mobilized in 47 countries to collect funds and provide assistance to earthquake victims in Turkey. Since 08/02/2023 until today, we have helped more than 35,000 families. Our assistance was provided without discrimination of race, nationality, or color. We will continue to support them until the victims can restore order to their lives. Currently, more than 90% of the families receiving aid are Turkish families.
Our resources are limited, but our love is boundless. Although this emergency relief effort is nearing its end, we hope to reach more of our brothers and sisters in Turkey who are in need of assistance in the future.
