The Killi Clinic, located in rural Idlib is the only health destination for more than 55,000 people living in the camps, the dispensary staff do their best to meet the medical needs of patients, and despite the poor capabilities and infrastructure, it is considered an important outlet where services and treatment are completely free of charge. A school consisting of small rooms built of bricks, which does not accommodate all those of school age, lacking the minimum elements of the school, children who have grown up and still see letters as difficult to decipher, dreaming of a school in which they can regain their dreams back. Volunteer Mounir Aminu visited the medical clinic supported by Tzu Chi Foundation and Doctors Around the World and checked the situation on the ground.
