Ten years ago, at the height of the Syrian refugee crisis, Tzu Chi İyilik Vakfı opened “El-Menahil” School as a humanitarian initiative to provide free education to refugee children.
The school started with a simple dream of rescuing children from factory labor and transforming them into students with hope for the future.
After a decade of giving, “El-Menahil” has become an educational sanctuary for thousands of children, teaching them their language, values, and religion, offering them a chance for a better future. Today, the school celebrates 10 years since its founding, with the children of yesterday now university students contributing to their communities, returning to share their hope and human message with the new generation.
