Taiwanese Parliament Members Visit the Tzu Chi Branch in Istanbul

 

Tzu Chi branch in Istanbul was honored by the visit of His Excellency the Taiwanese ambassador to Turkey, Mr. Yasser, accompanied by  members of the Taiwanese parliament:

They began their visit to the headquarters of the association located in 50YIL and listened to a detailed explanation of the mechanism of work, and conducted several interviews with the reviewing families of the association.

Then they went to the Taiwanese clinic, where they had several conversations with some doctors working in the center and many other patients.

After that, they went to Al-Manahil International School, where they were received by the Director-General, Mr. Jumah Thuraya, and a group of other teachers and administrators.

They witnessed the student registration mechanism and attended a varied program for primary school students.

The program included some show and theater activities for children.

Then the Director-General, Mr. Jumah Thuraya,  thanked the visiting delegation and appreciated the blessed efforts of the Taiwanese people and the members of Tzu Chi Charitable Association in assisting their Syrian brothers.

The Taiwanese ambassador, Mr. Yasir, also expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to the people in charge of Tzu Chi Association and their activities in Istanbul.

In appreciation and admiration for the program of the visit, Mrs. Yumeinu expressed her heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the children and the school staff.

At the end of the program, souvenir photos were taken with the children, and gifts were also distributed to them.
